Seeking Best of the Best in the Greater China Region

　　Since April, the Forth MAN Roland Greater China’s Scholarship for Printing Professionals has been ready for printing talents to hand in their applications. MAN Roland will continue to raise best of the best widely in the territory. Those selected will have an opportunity to participate in “MAN Roland Trainee Program.” They will also be able to experience specialized trainings by joining MAN Roland’s family.

　　Endorsing the spirit of “WE ARE PRINT. WE ARE THE FUTURE OF PRINT,” the Scholarship is launched in its forth times. As usual, different awards have been prepared to students from different aspects. For instance, “MAN Roland’s Creative Printing Technology Awards” will be presented to master students. “MAN Roland’s Printing Science and Technology Talent Awards” will be presented to undergraduates. “MAN Roland’s Printing Technology Talent Awards” will be presented to diploma students. Each of the awards will be divided into four classes namely Grade I, Grade II, Grade II and Excellent. There will be 53 places and the total sum awarded will be more than RMB 100,000. Among which, the top prize will be RMB 10,000.   

　　In addition to the prizes, winners of the awards will also have an opportunity to participate in the “MAN Roland Trainee Program.” After rounds of stringent selection, winners who are qualified will have a chance to join the program and work in MAN Roland. During the tenure, they will be assigned rotating responsibilities in various departments to personally get involved in different positions in the workflow. The program will let them progressively manage and execute printing related jobs in the reality.  Upon completion of the training, mentors of MAN Roland will based on their performance point them to the most appropriate career direction.

　　To show our appreciation to school teachers who have devoted a lot of efforts in the Scholarship and honor them, MAN Roland will continue to set “The Best Organization Award” this year. 

　　The evaluation committee of the Scholarship will be composed of authoritative academics and management team of MAN Roland Greater China.  In order to have a professional and fair result, the committee will adopt principles of “openness, justice and fairness” during their selection.
